Despite our remote and untouched location, getting here is as easy as hopping on a plane. We are equipped with own private runway strip, perfect for door to door travel. [We need to be notified in advance and you need to be a VERY experienced bush pilot]. There are also direct flights from Vancouver to Bella Coola, where we can pick you up by water taxi for the short trip to the Lodge. If you are short on time, there is no better way to get a dose of Nascall Bay.
By Boat
The trip to get to us can be part of the fun. Nascall Bay is a perfect side-trip on the popular Discovery Coast Circle trip. Board the BC Ferries vessel, The Queen of Chiliwack, in Port Hardy on Vancouver Island. After the scenic trip up the British Columbia Coast, we will meet you on your arrival in Bella Coola to transport you by water taxi directly to Nascall Bay.
By Car
All you have to do is get yourself to Bella Coola, and we will pick you up for the hour and a half boat journey to Nascall Bay. Enjoy the beautiful drive through the Chilcotin and Cariboo districts of BC on your way to us.
By Private Vessel
We accommodate a variety of ways to visit Nascall Bay Lodge. Traveling by boat? Come set anchor in our bay or tie up to our dock - we have plenty of moorage. Thinking of chartering a plane or helicopter? We have landing areas for both. Contact Us for more details.
